Last updated: May 14, 2026

Welcome to Coachium. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coachium, including our website, web app, playbooks, tactical play creator, team management tools, media tools, exports, and related services (the "Service").

By using Coachium, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Coachium for a team, club, school, company, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

If you have questions, contact us at team@coachium.app.

1. The Service

Coachium helps sports teams and organizations create, manage, share, and export coaching content. This includes tactical plays, playbooks, courts, rosters, development plans, practices, calendars, media, video breakdowns, communication tools, and related workflows.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features over time. We aim to keep Coachium reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

2. Accounts and Teams

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, unless the activity was caused by our failure to protect the Service.

Team and organization administrators are responsible for:

  • Managing team members, roles, access, and permissions.
  • Making sure invited users are authorized to access team content.
  • Removing access when a user should no longer have it.
  • Ensuring the team uses Coachium lawfully and appropriately.

3. Children, Players, and Team Data

Coachium may be used by teams that work with young athletes. If you upload, manage, or share information about players, including minors, you are responsible for having the necessary authority, permissions, and consents.

You must not use Coachium in a way that violates safeguarding, privacy, education, employment, sport governing body, or other obligations that apply to your organization.

4. Your Content

"Your Content" means the information, files, media, plays, diagrams, playbooks, courts, rosters, messages, comments, notes, exports, and other material that you or your team create, upload, import, or share through Coachium.

You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant Coachium a limited license to host, store, copy, process, render, display, transmit, export, and otherwise use Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the rights needed to upload or share it. Do not upload content that you do not have permission to use.

5. Sharing and Exports

Coachium may let you export, publish, embed, invite others to, or otherwise share content. You are responsible for deciding what to share and who should receive access.

If you make content public or share it outside your organization, others may be able to view, copy, download, or further share it. Coachium is not responsible for how recipients use content you choose to share.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use Coachium to:

  • Break the law or violate another person's rights.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, or intentionally disruptive material.
  • Attempt to access accounts, teams, data, systems, or networks without permission.
  • Interfere with or overload the Service.
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit others.
  • Upload unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Misrepresent your identity, organization, affiliation, or authority.

We may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if we need to protect users, teams, Coachium, or the Service.

7. Coaching, Performance, and Safety

Coachium is a planning, organization, communication, and analysis tool. It does not replace professional coaching judgment, safeguarding procedures, medical advice, legal advice, or sport governing body requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing plays, practices, development plans, video analysis, AI-assisted suggestions, generated outputs, and other Coachium content before using them in training, competition, player development, or decision-making.

8. Subscriptions and Payment

Some parts of Coachium may require payment. Paid subscriptions, invoices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.

Prices and plan features may change over time. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, payments are non-refundable and subscriptions continue until cancelled.

9. Third-Party Services

Coachium depends on third-party services for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, monitoring, media processing, and other functionality. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we choose providers to help us operate Coachium securely and reliably.

10. Intellectual Property

Coachium, including our software, design, branding, logos, product names, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of Coachium or permission to use our branding except as allowed by us in writing.

You may use Coachium only as permitted by these Terms and the product features made available to you.

11. Confidentiality and Security

Team content can be sensitive. You must use reasonable care when accessing, exporting, downloading, or sharing team information. You must not disclose another team member's confidential information unless you are authorized to do so.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account, team, or content has been accessed without permission.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Coachium at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, fail to pay required fees, or use Coachium in a way that may cause legal, security, or operational harm.

Where practical, we will try to give notice before suspending or terminating access, but urgent situations may require immediate action.

13. Disclaimers

Coachium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that Coachium will always be available, that exports or generated outputs will be perfect, or that data will never be lost. You should keep appropriate backups of important content.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coachium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to Coachium for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date above or providing notice in the product.

Your continued use of Coachium after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
